Reposado, meaning rested, refers to a style of tequila that is aged anywhere from
two months to a year in oak barrels, often previously used for whiskey. Aging the
tequila mellows the natural agave flavors and the sweet oak imparts a smooth finish.

Mezcals are made in the traditional way of cooking the agave hearts for about
