BAJA INSPIRED
Mexican, but not quite Mexican. Mex 1 is inspired by the culture and flavors of Baja, Mexico and Southern California. Our coastal tacos, rice bowls and quesadillas feature wild caught shrimp, sustainable fish and house made sauces and salsas. Come experience the true taste of Baja and feel the coastal vibes at Mex 1.
Our Margs
100% AUTHENTIC
A great margarita must start with a great Tequila. At Mex 1, we only use a 100% Blue Agave Tequilas and a fresh blend of lime, lemon and orange in our margaritas. We also infuse our own Tequilas in house with fruit like our pineapple, strawberry cucumber and jalapeño to name a few. Having been to Mexico multiple times to pick out our own barrels of Tequila, we understand the importance of how a good Tequila is made.
Our Community
FUN AT MEX 1
Mex 1 is deeply rooted in our community from supporting local groups Eastern Surfing Association and Carolina Studios to working with local Veteran group Warrior Surf Foundation on taking a crew of Veterans on a week long surf retreat in Costa Rica.
